We currently ship within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen delivery method, and order size. You will see the final price before completing your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
Will I receive tracking? Yes — once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided (where available), so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes — if something isn’t quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes — return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Do you include pricing in the parcel? No, we do not include receipts with prices inside the parcel, so gifts remain a surprise.
